The OneASICS™ Pilot Program was a test rollout of the updated global membership program across 5 regions. I led design efforts, collaborating with regional teams globally to ensure a consistent, cohesive brand experience.

SOLUTION

Using the updated OneASICS™ design system, I created hundreds of digital, social, e-comm and email assets tailored to region-specific strategies. This approach ensured a globally consistent brand experience while meeting local market needs, driving a significant increase in membership and establishing a cohesive, recognizable brand connection—laying the groundwork for a full-scale global rollout.

The program called for the design of region-specific landing pages and email journeys, featuring a globally consistent visual identity that tailored to the localized rewards, tiered membership visuals, and messaging for specific global markets. These assets were developed to deliver on regional marketing priorities and respect cultural nuances, resulting in a harmonized system that connected audiences worldwide and fueled membership growth.

To support each region in their goal of connecting our audience with the advantages of moving with ASICS, we created hundreds of social assets across regional markets, combining motion and static graphics for effective education and storytelling. Each campaign engaged audiences with the benefits of membership, strengthened community, and inspired movement—all anchored within a consistent global visual identity.
